What happens if my payment fails or I cancel?
The system stops trading on your account until your subscription is active again. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Renew at any time and it picks up where you left off.
Does it guarantee profit?
No. No trading system can. Markets carry real risk and you can lose money, including more than you expect in fast conditions. The system is a tool that follows fixed rules; it does not remove risk.
Where is my money held?
With your own broker, in your own MT5 account. CapitalFX Pro never holds your trading funds. The £50 subscription is the only payment you make to us.
Which markets does it trade?
It has been developed and tested mainly on gold (XAUUSD). Supported symbols and broker requirements are shown when you set up your account.
Can I switch it off?
Yes. Pause or resume the system any time from your dashboard, and change its settings whenever you want.
How do I update my card or cancel?
From the billing portal linked in your account. It is run by Stripe, takes under a minute, and you do not need to contact anyone.
